Imperial Valley Agriculture

Untitled design (1).png

Imperial County Farm Bureau has been an integral part of Imperial Valley's rich agricultural landscape for over 100 years. The Imperial County is home to about 500,000 farmable acres. We are proud growers of over 65 crops which include everything from winter vegetables to hay forages. Farming in Imperial County is different than most places in the United States.

Imperial County, mostly referred to as the Imperial Valley, is an irrigated farmland oasis in the middle of the Southern California desert. Bordered by Arizona to the East, Mexico to the South, San Diego County to the West, and the Salton Sea to the North. It is as unique as you can get in California.
