Annual Meeting of the Members
Each October, Imperial County Farm Bureau proudly welcomes growers, agricultural service providers, and industry supporters to our Annual Meeting of the Members, a signature event celebrating the achievements and resilience of Imperial Valley agriculture over the past year.
The evening serves as both a celebration and a reflection, highlighting agriculture’s essential role in sustaining our community and honoring those whose dedication has shaped its future. Central to the program is the presentation of two prestigious honors: the Jim Kuhn Memorial Farmer of the Year Award and the Betty Young Memorial Friend of the Farmer Award. These awards recognize outstanding individuals whose leadership, service, and commitment have left a lasting impact on the region’s agricultural landscape.
At Imperial County Farm Bureau, our mission is to advocate for and protect agriculture at the local, state, and federal levels. While water remains a top priority, our work extends far beyond, supporting agricultural education, fostering the next generation of leaders through our Young Farmers & Ranchers program, engaging with policymakers, and providing essential resources to our members.
As the challenges facing California agriculture grow, so does the need for strong, persistent advocacy. Fundraising events like the Annual Meeting play a vital role in sustaining our efforts, with proceeds helping to ensure a powerful voice for Imperial Valley’s farmers and ranchers.
We are deeply grateful for the strength, collaboration, and shared commitment of our agricultural community and industry partners. We look forward to celebrating another year of progress and partnership with you at this year’s Annual Dinner.
Thank You to our 2025 Sponsors
